AVAILABILITY

All orders made shall be subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. Due to their handmade nature some items will differ slightly in style and size than the pictured image.

PAYMENTS

Payments for products can be made by VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Diners card or Pay Pal

SHIPMENT

Products will be sent in one shipment as soon as the product/s is/are available (product availability is displayed on the Order page of our website). Unless specifically indicated in writing/ email at the time of purchase, shipment will be made in single form to the address and name provided by you. In case, of any change in delivery address or name, please contact Gil’s Crystals on contact@gilscrystals.com, so we can assist you.

DELIVERY OF YOUR GOODS

All parcels are sent via Registered Australia Post within Australia according to Australia Post Specifications and usually take 5-7 business days. Cost of Shipping is dependent on product size, weight and destination. We are not responsible for any taxes that may be required in the place of delivery.

REFUND EXCHANGE POLICY

Please note that products once purchased are non-refundable. An exchange can be made within seven (7) days of purchase, with proof of purchase. For exchange you must ensure that the product must be in new, unused, original and undamaged condition, with all original packaging in undamaged and saleable condition. Customers are responsible for all return charges, including duties and sales taxes (if applicable under law). If all such conditions are met, an exchange can be made by us with written acceptance of the same. We reserve the right to deny exchange if we upon receipt of the product we believe these conditions are not met in which case, our sales team will be in touch with you over email and/or phone on the details provided to us for correspondence. Please note that in any case, you must, at the time of indicating a desire to exchange, have indicated in writing/ email to us, the other product you wish to take from www.gilscrystals.com and you must ensure that, the product you wish to take in exchange for this product is of the same or lesser value, which shall be subject to availability on such date (on us accepting in writing, the earlier purchased product).
